About University Manor | Floorplan | Meet the Staff | Rates

Manor consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom(s). Kitchens are furnished with stove and refrigerator. Each apartment has a wall-unit air conditioner/heater and baseboard heat. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on-site. All apartments are unfurnished. Manor features a playground and use of a common BBQ. Water, sewer, trash and internet are provided to the residents at no additional cost. Power is paid for by the resident.

University Manor Meet the Staff
My name is Caitlin and I am a senior here at BSU. I am working towards my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I am so excited to be a part of the Community Assistant staff because I am able to interact with fun and interesting people, gain new skills and maintain healthy relationships within my apartment community. All of these qualities have helped to make Boise State University a positive personal experience for me, and I enjoy having the chance to pass that experience on!
My name is Lauren and I am going to be a junior this year. I am currently working toward my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Addiction Studies. I love being with family and friends, and I also enjoy being a part of University Housing. I am excited to be on the housing staff this year, with the opportunity to meet new people, develop strong relationships, and be involved with my community.
