If you are no longer planning on staying in the residence halls/suites, please notify our office with a written cancellation (email is acceptable, bsuhousing@boisestate.edu ) as soon as possible.
Returning Residential Students
Any cancellation received after June 1st, 2009, for returning residential students will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit regardless of the date the application was received.
New Residential Students
Any cancellation received after July 25, 2009, for new residential students will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit regardless of the date the application was received.
