Your first Housing payment is due prior to move in. If your BroncoWeb account shows sufficient financial aid to pay your fees and first payment, this will be considered the same as payment being made. No late charges are assessed until after 09/01/09

If first payment is not made by Aug 14, 2009, you will need to bring proof of payment with you to check-in to avoid further delays.

Your housing charges will be posted to your Broncoweb account by the middle of July.
To allow for greater flexibility, your housing charges will be automatically assigned into a payment plan (maximum payments – 5 per semester) within one week of charges posting.

Payments are due on the 25th of every month (July through April). Check your Bronco Account regularly to view posted charges.
