Residence hall students may request campus/local phone service be installed in their rooms by sending an email to bsuhousing@boisestate.edu. Long distance calls cannot be made unless students purchase a calling card from an outside vendor.
Students are responsible for providing their own telephone equipment. University Housing STRONGLY recommends that students only use phones that use a minimum of 900 megahertz.
Students should include the following information within the email:

Residence Hall Name:
Residence Hall Room Number:
Costs associated for a phone are the following:
$30.00 for the initial installation of local line
$30.00 per month for local service
$30.00 for disconnection fee once housing agreement is complete
All fees are charged to the student's BroncoWeb account.
