Student Customer Service Representatives (SCSR)
The main University Housing Office in Chaffee Hall employs students to provide customer service within the front office. The SCSR responds to telephone calls, greets walk-in customers, provides residence hall tours, and assists the University Housing Management team with a variety of projects.
