Eligibility

Students must first apply for admission to Boise State University and be enrolled in 8 or more credits by the time they physically move into on-campus housing with first priority given to full fee paying students. Students must meet one of the following criteria: At least 20 years of age at the time of move-in OR Sophomore class standing (26+ credits) OR lived in 2 consecutive semesters in the residence halls, suites, or townhomes OR qualifies as a head of household with dependents.


University Heights

University Heights consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom(s). Kitchens are furnished with stove and refrigerator. Heights feature a playground and use of a common BBQ. Water, sewer, trash and internet are provided to residents  Power and cable TV is paid for by the resident.

University Manor

University Manor consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom(s). Kitchens are furnished with stove and refrigerator. Manor has a playground and use of a common BBQ. Water, sewer, trash and internet are provided to residents. Power and cable TV is paid for by the resident.

University Park

University Park consists of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. All apartments are unfurnished. Park features a playground and use of a common BBQ. Laundry facilities are located on-site. Water, sewer, trash and internet are provided to residents. Power and cable TV is paid for by the resident.

University Village

University Village consists of two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Kitchens are furnished with stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pantry and refrigerator. Each apartment is equipped with central air/heat. Internet is provided. Village features a playground and use of a common BBQ. Water, sewer, and trash are provided to residents. Power and cable TV is paid for by the resident.

Graduate Residential Scholars Program
